I have re sculpted the tree again and also added more branches and leaves to fill it out a bit. Doesnt look too bad but i think i prefered the first version of the sculpt i did as this one seems a bit to flat and smooth, i think il go back and add some more detail to it.
Second time round and it looks much better now. I can see some parts which could do with a bit more work but its definitely back on the right track now.
Its a little bit annoying but it appears final gather has made it look less detailed than it is. The stamp most likely needs a higher strength to make the bark stand out more.
